Software Engineer
Poznan, Poland
WebSell is seeking to recruit a Software Engineer to maintain and administer its production infrastructure. This role will be based in Poznan and can be performed at the office in Poznan city centre (Stary Rynek 80/82) or remotely (after trial period).

Responsibilities
🤝 What you’ll do
- Developing and maintaining WebSell’s code and applications
- Cooperating closely with software development team
- Working closely with the customer support team to address issues escalated from support in a timely and efficient manner
- Interacting with customers via e-mails and support tickets
- Working through an extensive library of source code to find issues within the underlying platform, primarily written in PHP on the LAMP stack
- Investigating and solving front-end problems with clients’ web stores using SQL, JavaScript,
- HTML/CSS; as well as back-end problems through the server-side codebases
- Liaising with external partners/vendors and other parties within the company to clearly communicate technical issues and problems

Junior Support Specialist

In this role, WebSell is looking to hire 3 passionate, outgoing people, with excellent verbal and written English, to join our Customer Service team.

Our requirements
🤝 The deal
- Your job will be to work with our customers, ensuring their questions and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- You will be working entirely through English, dealing mostly with American customers
- Day-to-day tasks will include: answering questions by email, live chat, and phone; working with senior technical colleagues to diagnose and solve issues; and performing any other duties as assigned
- Specific technical knowledge and skills are not required; you need to be comfortable with technology, and open to learning new things
